I have had a couple of friends on the "shake down" cruises before the official relaunch. A shake down cruise is a short cruise where cast members go check it out for a couple of nights so they can work out any kinks that may exist. This did not happen on the Disney Magic when it was reimagined in 2013. And being on the first two cruises after that re-launch, I totally support this this based on my experience of the Magic not being quite ready to sail after her extensive dry dock.
The thing I love about Disney is if they have any hiccups, they fix them for the next time, and this is evident with the Disney Wonder (longer dry dock, load in at Port Canaveral, contractors boarding in Port Canaveral before leaving for Spain.
The pictures are not in any particular order. I love the adult areas, Tiana's Place and the Oceaneer Club and Lab. Hopefully they will have some Open House time so we can go into the clubs after sailaway. Keep an eye in your Daily Navigator for "Open House".
